Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Blueprint AI, the configuration assurance platform operated by Sapnity Ltd. By signing in you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Access

Access is granted to named users at customer organizations under an active subscription or evaluation. Credentials are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend access for security reasons or for breach of these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or rate limits.
• Do not use the service to scan systems you are not authorized to scan.
• Do not reverse-engineer the platform or extract its rule content in bulk.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of the configuration data Blueprint AI reads from your tenants. You grant Sapnity a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Service description

Blueprint AI is read-only. Findings, scores, and recommendations are provided as guidance; your team remains responsible for changes applied inside SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or any other system.

5. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Sapnity's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Term & termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days notice if uncured. On termination we will delete or return your configuration data per the Privacy Notice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, unless your contract specifies otherwise.
